We want you to love your Zuzlis purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help.

Return Eligibility

• ✅ Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• ✅ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• ✅ Items must have all original tags attached
• ✅ Hygiene liner must be intact (swimwear)
• ❌ Final sale items cannot be returned
• ❌ Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage are not eligible

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@zuzlis.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges on all eligible items. Just email us and we'll sort it out!
